As our very first season draws to a close at the end of 2025, Haunted UK Fiction is already gearing up for Season 2. It promises even more fantastic stories from a collection of incredible authors - some of whom are making a very welcome return.
Among those are Lewis Darley, L D Brown, Jed Vesper, Ian Harris, Robert McDermott, Harrie Tabor and the weird and wonderful Willerby.
New Authors include John Wharton, Alec Rowan, Ruth Saberton, Gerald Wiley, Iain Maynard and many, many more.
We have a total of 19 brand new full length episodes and 7 Flash Fiction Fridays, and ALL of this is begins on the official release date of Wednesday 4th February.

We have a real treat in store for you. Steve has been out exploring some truly incredible locations… but he didn’t go alone. Along the way, he sat down with resident historians and paranormal hosts to uncover the stories, secrets, and strange experiences tied to these places.
We have the wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable Amy Hickman from Dudley Castle and Zoological Gardens, hosing Steve in Castle grounds themselves!
Steve also travelled to the amazing Oxford Castle and Prison, where Kesia took Steve on a personal tour of the location, plus there's the added bonus of staff members sitting down telling the show about their own personal experiences!!!
Hack Green Nuclear bunker is another location Steve had the pleasure of going to, and this one is truly spectacular!!!

This award is a huge honour and recognises our passion for atmospheric storytelling and the incredible creativity of the writers who trust us with their work. From eerie ghost stories to unsettling supernatural tales, every episode is made with care, collaboration, and a genuine love for the genre.
We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our listeners around the world, our talented contributors, and the Swedish International Film Festival for supporting and celebrating independent audio storytelling.
This recognition means so much to us as we approach the end of our debut season—and it only strengthens our excitement for what’s still to come.
Sweeping Changes coming to the show and a number of it's episode formats...
With the end of Season 7 fast approaching, a decision has been made to implement a number of sweeping changes, not only behind the scenes, but also to the structure of our main episodes and additional content.
A fresh new format will be rolled out across much of the show. This has been in the works for quite some time, with Steve in particular feeling that a complete overhaul of several aspects of the show and its episodes was long overdue.
We’re hopeful these changes will be a welcome evolution, shaped by audience feedback and suggestions, and designed to improve the overall experience moving forward.
Paranormal Investigation with Whitehouse Investigations Group...
On 25 October 2025, I attended a paranormal investigation with Chris Whitehouse and Whitehouse Investigations Paranormal Group at the historic Royal Arcade in Keighley.
Built between 1899 and 1901, this Grade II listed Victorian arcade once housed thriving local businesses and later fell into decline. During restoration in the early 2000s, a forgotten underground shopping street was discovered beneath the building — sealed for decades and largely untouched.
With its hidden spaces and rich history, the Royal Arcade proved to be an atmospheric and fascinating location for a paranormal investigation.
Exciting news for 2026: I’ll be attending at least two more investigations with this incredible team… details coming soon!
